Q: How are duplicate answers and questions impacting AI?
A: AI will look at all duplicates to create a response, so maintaining a clean content library is essential.

Q: If "Save to Library" is turned on at the project level and the project is completed, it sends the content to moderation. If the project is later unarchived and closed again, does this duplicate the responses if "Save to Library" isn’t manually toggled off? Is there a way to flag that the project has already been added to the library to prevent stacking duplicate records?
A: Hi Charles! Great question. One suggestion would be to create a stage or custom field in the project to indicate that the content has already been saved.

Q: Do you recommend performing the Obsolete cleanup before Deduplication cleanup?
A: Yes! Cleaning up content ahead of time will make the deduplication process much easier.

Q: How do you define unused content?
A: Content that hasn’t been used (edited, copied, etc.) in a specific time frame.

Q: Does the AI tool read and utilize Documents in the Content Library, primarily PDFs, to create responses?
A: Yes, it does!

Q: When using Project Duplicates, does it notify within the moderation queue or within the project before adding to the library?
A: Yes! There is a feature available that will look through the content library prior to it getting sent to the library to avoid duplicate questions from being saved.
