Team, this is something that could eventually become a common ask wherein customers would want to;
- Reuse previously applied user instructions or
- Use an instructions template or
- Point to a certain Tag or Collection (either Q&A pairs or Docs) that stores instructions related to how AI must respond to the customer's content.
Different customers and their users will have differing ways in which they would like to use GenAI to generate their standard as well as custom responses, so giving them a start point to do the same easily will be beneficial.
Also, if instructions have been configured at the Org level, we need to show the same even in the Project settings instructions so that users can avoid any contradicting instructions unless they wish to override it for the purposes of customizing the generated response.
