Next Review Date - Start Date or Due Date?

New to Responsive and have 3,000+ Q&A Pairs that need initial review by owners NLT January 31, 2025. With multiple owners assigned to each question, the On Demand Review is a bit painful (since I have to manually assign reviewers, instead of just defaulting to current owners). We do not have a current Scheduled Review set, so should be able to set that up as our initial review.

Question: Is the "Next Review Date" when the review would start (meaning I'd need to have to set it today)…..or is that the actual due date (meaning I can set the Next Review Date to 1/31/25).

Just trying to get this thing moving!

Hey Kai! Thought I'd reply here in addition to email just in case any of our other customers had a similar question!

Essentially, assigning a "Next Review Date" is when the User is first prompted to review the piece of content. When the Review date comes around, they will get both an email notification, and a platform notification in their "My Work" section that tells them that the review is due. If a piece of content has yet to be Reviewed, it is placed into that User(s) "Backlog", telling you and them that the Review is overdue. 

Thus, the Review date is actually BOTH the start date and deadline, if that makes sense? There's not a 'purgatory', where the content's review is 'in progress'. The Backlog is the closest thing, and then we can see how overdue the pieces of content are based on the age of the User's Backlog. Put simply, content can be "Not reviewed", or "Review Overdue".
