• Can we use the Classic tag as the Parent tag and add H-Tag as child tags?
  • You can, but keep in mind that all child tags under a parent tag are included automatically when the parent tag is selected. So it'll depend on what exactly you want to surface!

• Just to clarify, there are no further releases this year?
  • There is on Dec 19, and we will also cover Jan 8!

• Are there recommended prompts for AI somewhere in Responsive Academy? If yes, do you have a link you can share?
  • Yes! We have courses and a previous coffee chat on AI from earlier this year that discussed prompts in detail:

• If using corporate domains (internal), will Ask still work?
  • We are checking internally and will follow up.

• How is AI Draft different from Auto Respond?
  • AI Draft:
    • Creates first draft proposals by searching the content library.
    • Uses high-confidence information or generates responses using GenAI.
    • Clearly cites sources.
  • Auto Respond:
    • Creates first draft proposals using keyword search (no GenAI).
    • Does not cite sources.
  • Pricing: AI Draft is part of the Advanced Responsive AI package, while Auto Respond is included in the Response Projects offering.

• Will reporting be available for AI search terms that did not result in a response from the library?
  • We will check if this is on the roadmap and follow up.

• Can we turn off any of the individual AI tools if we don't want to open certain ones to all users?
  • Yes, you can update permissions for users with custom roles in Organization Settings.

• Is Ask using actual NLP semantic embedding technology or a sophisticated keyword match?
  • Ask uses generative AI technology, which includes NLP algorithms to understand context and intent, going beyond keyword matching for accurate responses.

• Why doesn't AI Assistant honor filters? Is this by design?
  • It does honor filters like Tags. Please check with the Support team if you are not seeing this functionality.

• Will you roll out any AI functionalities to improve machine learning for search capabilities?
  • Yes! The roadmap for 2025 will be shared during the first Product Update of the year, covering improvements across products, including Responsive AI.

• When creating a Project, why do you ask for so many details, some redundant and unnecessary? Can this process be simplified?
  • You can customize project details under Org Settings > Custom Fields. Some fields are fixed, but enhancements are planned for next year.

• What's the official name of the Ask tool?
  • The suite is called Responsive AI, with tools like Ask, AI Assistant, and AI Draft.

• What’s the best way to catch up on missed chat sessions?
  • Check the Recorded Trainings Catalog.
