Currently, if you exclude one tag on an individual q/a pair, it hides the entire q/a pair from the results list even if there are other tags associated with the q/a pair.
My customer, Barnett Waddingham, wants the q/a pair to remain in the search result if there are still other tags associated. If they exclude one tag, they expect to see the q/a pair listed if other tags are still applicable.
