Multiple questions in one cell

AllianceBernstein often receives Word documents that contain multiple questions organized in a single table. Unfortunately, the only way to import this content into Responsive is by removing the table from the Word document, which is not feasible since editing the document is not permitted. Therefore, AllianceBernstein would like a solution that allows them to mark multiple questions within a single table. I have attached a sample document for reference.

@Pablo Ojeda Thanks for sharing with sample file. We will prioritize this format if we receive similar need for our other Customers. Do you know approximately how many such files they received in last 90 days? If it's more, then it's a pain-point for them and we have to explore how we can address it.

@Pablo Ojeda Got an update from team. We do not have bandwidth to accomodate this in Q2. We are tentatively planning to start the feasibility check in Q3. Based on the outcome of the feasibility, we will decide on the next steps.
