Requesting Addition of "AI Draft Completed" Button - Not Red "X"

Hello,

My customer Altumint and I are requesting that we add an "AI Draft Completed" button.

Currently, after applying and/or discarding responses, if you don't explicitly click on the red "X" button to close the window, the AI Draft Review is technically not completed and prevents any further access to the AI Draft button within the entirety of the project.

The red "X" button does not provide the user with confidence that this confirms the review is completed. My initial reaction is that if I click on the red "X", it will discard all of my selections within the window.

I agree with you, Susan.

These suggestions should simplify AI Draft.

@Susan Agreed. Having complete button will be clear than the X icon. X looks like cancel operation and high chances where new user's thinking twice or looking out for help before clicking on X. We will improve as part of the UX improvements planned in 2025.

@Khalees V Any traction on this request? Deloitte, Optum, Delta Dental, and Qualtrics are all asking for this.

It comes up constantly in all of my AI-related conversations with clients. Too often users interpret the red "X" as disregard everything. They don't realize that the "X" applies to all selections and completes the AI-Draft review.

@Khalees V Can you provide an update on this request and if it is being considered?

Microsoft, Deloitte, Optum, Qualtrics, and Delta Dental are all requesting that we rename the "X" button in AI Draft so that it's obvious that it's required to exit out of the AI Draft review process. Most customers feel that the "X" means to disregard the review and not to apply anything.

@Susan Berger Agreed. X does not convey that user need to click on X in order to exit from AI Draft after reviewing and applying the answers. I will pass it on to Product Design team for inputs.

ETA: Not in 2025 roadmap.
