I met with a few customers recently who have expressed interest in having the ability to edit responses at the screen where AI Draft is producing the first responses to "apply" or "Discard".
From the conversations, here's the idea:
- Once the AI Draft has drafted the responses, if they want to make an edit right there and then or rerun the AI for that specific question but provide more context, they can.
- I also think this will be a better way to Customers to tell the AI if the response is wrong and it needs to be taken in a different direction.
