Q: Is there a way to directly archive from the Moderation queue?
A: Great question! Direct archiving isn’t available in Moderation at the moment. For new content, selecting "Reject" will keep it out of the Content Library. For edited content, consider using a flag to revisit it. We’ll pass this suggestion along to our team as an enhancement idea!

Q: Do you need to enable this feature in each project individually?
A: Once enabled in Organization Settings, it will automatically apply to all projects by default. You can turn it off at the project level if needed.

Q: Can authors be set to automatically include the intake submitter?
A: At this time, you can’t automatically mark the intake submitter as a project author. We’ll note this as a potential future enhancement!

Q: The updates in the Request Management section—do these refer to projects or another area?
A: Request Management is an Add-On Product. Your Account Manager can provide additional details if you’re interested!

Q: Are any special access rights needed to archive from the Review queue?
A: Admins can archive any content, while other users need to be content owners to see this option.

Q: Does the universal search tool include archived content?
A: No, to search within archived content, you need to go to the archive queue directly. The main search doesn’t cover archived items.

Q: How do you access project settings?
A: We’ll go over this live, but in brief: go to the Sections or Dashboard page in a project, click on the Menu in the upper right, and select Project Settings.

Q: For ongoing projects, is the setting enabled automatically, or does it need manual updating?
A: Hi Linda! For projects active before the setting was toggled on, you’ll need to update it manually. Moving forward, new projects will have it enabled by default.

Q: Where can we learn more about Proposal Tech?
A: Proposal Tech is a separate tool, but we’re collaborating to streamline the import process. For more about Proposal Tech, visit their site. If you’d like to learn more about Responsive’s Request Projects tool, reach out to us!
