Q&A Pairs

Hi. I'm working on a project to improve the Q&A library, but no tags have been created or used, no owners have been assigned, and no duplicates have been removed. There are about 1,200 Q&A pairs to review. Any suggestions on what to do first? Thanks!

Hello @Doug Hart! If it were me…if you aren't in a time crunch with proposals for certain projects (like Product or topic A)…I would probably start reviewing items that will used more frequently first…then focus on B and C. If you have a library for different products…I'd start with the first product that would be used more often in upcoming proposals that you are tracking. When we relaunched responsive back in 2022….our library was around 700 items but most of it was out of date and a good chunk never used. I archived the items we never used, then after that went on a cleanup process with the remaining content while adding new content to our library through projects. our library now has almost 3,000 Q&A pairs and continues to grow! Hope this helps!

Thanks Andrew! That's a good suggestion. I'm not working under a time crunch so focusing on one thing at a time would help. It's been a challenge just trying to determine what tags to create, but I assume that as long as they make sense, it doesn't hurt to have more tag categories rather than less.
