Both MFS Investment and Fiserv have asked for the ability to edit the AI Draft before applying the answer. They think that using a flag is too complicated, and the user might forget why they flagged the response in the first place.

@Khalees V many times they need to make small changes to the response for the particular client they are responding to. They would like to do this within the AI Draft window.

Capstone Publishing is also requesting this ability. It would streamline the workflow if they were able to edit directly in the AI Draft before applying

@Nicole Stanford Thanks for bringing up. Would it be possible to get more details on why they want to edit the AI generated response with example?
Both Dayforce and Blue Yonder would also like to see this functionality. Dayforce is working on cleaning up their library but at the moment they are not getting satisfactory results with AI Draft, so the ability to make tweaks to the responses right there would be much preferred over having to flag and accept, then make the changes.
@Khalees V Vizient and Moodys analytics have requested this enhancement. They would like for the process to be more streamlined to edit answers prior to application to the project. They both find flagging adding too many clicks to the workflow.
