Can we add the ability to search content from past projects in the Content Library? Specifically, it would be beneficial to search content from past projects using LookUp.

If we could add a toggle like we do to 'include doc's within the Lookup, could end up being very useful.

Tim,
To clarify - I assume you are referring to Lookup and not Content Library. Adding all past project content to content library would fundamentally redefine (or break) the meaning of content library - a repository of curated and managed content.
If the request is to add past projects to content library, it would not be possible.
If the request is to have the ability to search past projects in Lookup, we can consider.

Sunder,
I think we are in agreement toward the LookUp capability. The ask is, similar to how we can toggle the search to past projects (see image below), I would like the option (gated permission of course) to search in projects when using LookUp outside of a project.
Couple of use cases:
- I was responding to an email, and I was asked something that I knew had been answered on RFPs recently. When I looked in our IRI, I could not find an answer I wanted. I would love the ability to switch my LookUp search to look in past projects, so I can see how other people have been responding recently.
- Additionally, if I have an archived RFP where my client asks a question that was likely already asked in my RFP response (happens from time to time), I would like to be able to easily respond with the exact same answer I provided when responding to their RFP. Right now, I do not know of an easy way to accomplish this unless the project is still open or the answer was saved into the CL. My third option (which is what I do now) is that I find the export package in my local drive and command+f it to find the question.
To George's point, it would also be great to search both (CL + past projects) at the same time with gated permissions.
Is this inline with your clarification for LookUp?
Thanks!

Tim,
Lookup part is in line. As for the second point, content library is not the answer. But will consider this case.
