If an issued project is archived responder should receive all the notifications related to that project sent by the issuer ( like Announcement and messages)
@naveen I understand this request from customer, but we include Projects for licensing and if a customer archives it we do not count their project in license. Technically it means that the project is shelved and there are actions performed on it. Can you insist the client to keep the project in Completed status until further announcement from the issuer as there can be addendum or announcements or messages from them?
