Q: Can you choose to use regular auto-respond rather than AI Draft and then use AI Draft on others?
A: Yes, users can choose to use the regular Auto Respond feature for some responses and then use AI Draft for other responses within Responsive.
Q: Can AI Draft be asked to not repeat the question in the answer?
A: Yes! AI Draft can be instructed to not repeat the question in the answer. Users can provide specific instructions to tailor responses, including avoiding repetition of the question.
Q: If we set up our project with custom field filters, will they persist in AI Draft?
A: Yes! When setting up a project with custom field filters, they will persist in AI Draft. Users can filter content using tags, collections, and custom fields to guide the AI response.
Q: We have extensive formatting and graphics in our content library. Can AI Draft keep these as it answers the questions?
A: AI Draft can generate a first draft of responses using content from the Content Library, but it does not maintain extensive formatting and graphics. Users will need to manually adjust the content for detailed formatting after the initial draft is generated.
Q: Is there any way of getting the AI tools to also look at internal sites, such as your Intranet, to source content for responses?
A: Yes, our AI tools, including Ask, can be programmed to search and generate responses from external sites, such as an organization's help center or intranet, to source content for responses. Feel free to connect with your CSM to set this up.
Q: Do the AI tools also look at content in your 'Documents'?
A: Yes, the AI tools in Responsive also search for information in 'Documents'. The AI Assistant searches the entire library, including Q&A pairs and documents, to which a user has access.
Q: What's the accuracy rate in AI Draft?
A: AI Draft is designed to deliver highly accurate responses by leveraging Advanced Responsive AI. If it finds relevant information with a high degree of confidence (90% or above), it uses the response as is. If not, it provides enough context to generate meaningful responses, automating multiple sections simultaneously.
Q: Are there plans to have AI Ask available in Lookup?
A: AI Ask and Lookup can easily be used in conjunction. Maybe in the future!
Q: If there is already a response in the text box, will AI add to the text box, skip the question, or override the response already there?
A: AI Draft will override the response already in the text box if it finds relevant information with a high degree of confidence (90% or above). If not, it will provide context to generate meaningful responses.
Q: Can you edit the answer in AI Draft before you accept?
A: Not at this time.
Q: If I just want to export active users or users based on an advanced search, how do I export just those users?
A: To export just active users or users based on an advanced search in Responsive, administrators can use the advanced search functionality within the Manage Users section. This allows for filtering users based on specific criteria such as user status (active), roles, or other custom attributes. Once the desired users are filtered, they can be exported directly without having to export all users or go page by page.
Q: Is it possible to ask AI Assistant to write in a certain voice or tone? If yes, how do we customize how it should write an answer?
A: Yes, it is possible to ask AI Draft to write in a certain voice or tone. Users can easily tailor responses by providing instructions based on desired language, tone, and voice. When working on a project in Responsive Projects, users can select 'AI Draft' and provide specific instructions for the desired language, tone, and voice to personalize the responses accordingly.
Q: Is there a way to point to which response field AI should add a response to? Eg if I have a yes/no field and a comments field?
A: Yes! You can specify which response field AI should add a response to, such as a yes/no field or a comments field in Responsive.
