Request:Captrust want to see the project's comments, activities and versions of the response without unarchiving a project, as they would need to see which author is assigned to which question, their activities, and discussion to send a follow-up response for an issued RFPHere is the customer's work flow:Stage 1: The customer receives the RFPs from Inhub or RFP360, then it is sent to Responsive they will work on the proposal in Responsive and then they will issue it to their 3rd party vendors through Requests. Once this process is done, the project will be issued and archived.Stage 2: Then they will receive the follow-up questions, supplemental documentation requests, and final communication needs, which in InHub and RFP360 are included in the communication tabs. Also, they said one of their third-party search firms requires follow up communication in RFP360.According to the current integration, if you unarchive an issued project in Responsive. The 3rd party vendors are not able to see the project that was issued to them. Hence, without unarchiving the project, they want to see the project's comments, activities and versions of the response. (edited)
