Pulling in related parent tags with child tags in hierarchical tags

Hi Team,

Equinix brought this idea up. They are interested in pulling in parents tags that do not have a child tag affiliation in addition to the child tags when they use hierarchical tags. To give an example of where this could be beneficial: for geography, they would like to see EMEA content in addition to Germany if they are selecting the German child tag.
