When we try to bulk delete the QA pairs in content library, it shows a warning message that 'Some of the selected items will not be deleted as those are either in moderation or review, or you do not have delete permissions.' even though none of the contents are in moderation, review or have any permission issue.

Can we change it like the following message:
Items will not be deleted if they are in moderation, review, or you do not have delete permission.
Are you sure you want to delete 5 items?
