Just curious if anyone is noticing that search results have gotten worse over maybe the last 4 to 6 months? My entire team is wondering what changed (and it's not how we store or tag records). We search for Q&A pairs that we know are there using the same approach, and the record is 20+ down in the search—-preceeded by responses that are not close to the search string and with attributes that should not rank them higher. I have done multiple rounds with support showing specific examples and am just told that's how it works.
