Client Fortrea has an extensive review process and they have found that even after the author has submitted their work for review, the author can still go in and make edits to the response field. this is really impacting their review process and they would like the author to be "locked" from making any changes after submitting for review unless the Reviewer sends it back to the author. This would simplify their workflow and reduce confusion from their users
