Ability to send content in Trash to Archive

Client Trintech would benefit from being able to send a record that is in the Content Library Trash to archive instead. They are going through a large cleanup effort with their SMEs and they would like to be able to see what content was deleted and choose to archive it instead.

@Nicole Stanford From Trash they want to move to Archive? As of now only way is restore and Archive it, but Directly we cannot send to Archive from trash for now.

Additional question, do they want to send permanently deleted content trash in the client instance?

From Trash to Archive, we will wait for more feedback from the customers.
