Requests: Issuers should be updated to any new POC that has been added or that is in charge of either pushing the proposal through the submission process and/or potentially answering messages/clarifications. This will help ensure future projects are sent to the correct individual and that the issuers know who their audience is. Issuers also need to document who was in charge of responses for auditing purposes.
DDQ's: POC's change all the time. So when an issuer goes to re-issue a DDQ at whatever timeframe of their choosing, they need to be able to somehow both send the same invitation out (so that they can copy responses from previous submission) but also ensure that a new POC is alerted, invited, and managing this new project within an already existing sequence & company profile. Our answer can't be, "that's the vendors job" b/c it's truly not when the issuer is the one managing the sequence.
