DELOITTE ENHANCEMENTS 1 of 2: Save Sections to Templates (from Project Import Doc) workflow enhancements

@karthik k Dev (KKD) we have a new push from Deloitte's proposal team (Responsive already onboarding Projects with another group) for enhancements that will allow them to entirely drop Qvidian. @Aditya asked me to forward these requirements to you and get a conversation started.

Here's the functionality that will help meet their requirements:

Import > Save Sections and Subsections workflow will likely need to be streamlined and improved (scalable implementation & mgmt, bug fix):
- Allow immediately applying Tag and Group to all Sections upon 'Save to Template'
  - Include allow creating new Tag or Group
  - Ensure proper order in Group, matching sort and subsection order of source Project
- Subsections should come across with parent sections, IF selected
  - Section<>Subsection perhaps as linked CL records
- Section Group management
  - Improved default sorting functionality when creating Section Groups
- Section/Subsection Bulk management, ownership & review (nice to have)
- Section dividers (nice to have):
  - proposal level setting to enable and define Word template or rich text content
    - graphics, style for Section Heading text
  - with either page breaks or proper Word Section breaks

Hi @Jonathan Thanks for sharing this feedback.

Importing Section templates in Content library(via import file) - We have this in our backlog, we will priorities this once we are done with the current commitments.
Adding tags , groups, - we will consider this for future releases.
Subsection should come across the parent section - We are working on the fix, hope we can expect soon.
Section group management - We will discuss with the UX team and improvise the better enhancement.
Sub section - Bulk operations- We will bring owners and metadata to subsection, then we will bring bulk update as the improvement.
