If a Section only contains Sub-Sections:
1) it should not display 0/0 questions
2) it should not need to be Marked as Answered, Reviewed & Completed

Thanks for submitting the idea. May I know why the users do not want to show the question progress or question numbers (0/0) if there are no question for the sections, which will help us to understand better.
