In New UI, overview page, we have the tasks count only for the project tasks. The client requested an enhancement option to view the count of all the tasks(project/author and reviewer tasks).
Usecase provided by the client: I would suggest implementing an enhancement into the system because the current setup is misleading. In the overview section the "overdue tasks" should show all overdue, regardless of the task type. Otherwise, the project manager may miss essential activities. Author and reviewer tasks are key ones for the project and their time completing is critical for the project's success.

Hi Sneha,
The Task section in the overview page will show all the task. Author and Reviewer task is also applicable. Please let me know if my understanding is wrong.
