Bulk AI - Clearly marking content pulled straight from the CL

Hey team,

I noticed that the Bulk AI correctly labels content as Answer Library Used when it finds a 1 to 1 response.

I think it would be beneficial to clearly mark that content as unedited to help reduce the amount of review a client has to do for each question.

Are they asking to make the answer field non-editable if it finds exact match / 1:1?

@Khalees V This is one of my requests as well, and I believe the team acknowledged we are working on it.

Two issues:

(A) The indicator we use today to distinguish level 1 and level 2 is inadequate and inconvenient

(B) There is no way to prioritize (filter) level 1 vs level 2 for review.

Once applied everything look the same and you have to hover over question by question and click on sources to validate authenticity.

A. Yes. In the interim we are adding a column "Source" to indicate level 1 and level 2. This is available in Dev1 and we are planning to roll out in the release next week. Once rolled out, we will send out an email communication to our internal teams on this enhancement. This will also address your 3rd point.

B. Filter will be available in the header for both Source and Status columns - Targeted for Sep 26 release
