Client Optum is doing a major content reorganization & cleanup. They have some content with custom fields that will be stored in the archive, but the existing custom fields won't be used moving forward in the main library. However, they still need to be able to filter/search by the custom field for archived content. Requesting that custom fields have an option to be displayed only in the archive and not in the main library. This will also help content admins save time when organizing content by only displaying custom fields that are not archived
