Opening for NPS feedback given by Factset
User Shawn Northrop submitted the below feedback on his NPS score: "The formatting box is irritating as I can't lock it as a tool bar (or haven't figured out how to do that) and it appears over text I want to read. That's all I got this morning!"
After asking for additional context and testing myself, currently in grid view, there's no way to truly dock the formatting toolbar. In addition, when you scroll to the next question it stays where it originally was, making it difficult to see the former response that was just answered, or lose the box all together when scrolling down (or up)
Ideally, there would be an option to make it "sticky" somewhere, much like in the original list view.
