Recently, we have started to support OCR, which causes search results to appear based on the words added in the image. (This is great!) However, when searching for keywords, results with those exact keywords in the question or answer do not populate first. They appear after the records with the words in the images. This logic is flawed, as we are responding to bids and often are searching for text, not images, the results with the text should populate first and then the images. This has caused records that are exact matches to populate further down the list when searching the content library and when working on projects, which makes it harder to obtain the information needed quickly.
A simple/basic example is when searching for "Company Overview". Please refer to the attachment to see we have an exact match, but it does not populate at the top of the list. This is only one example, but in general, this logic is making searches during the RFx process more difficult and timely.
