Q/As from the session

Q: Is there an additional cost for the Confluence integration?

A: Yes, you can connect with your Account Manager for information on costs or review the Help Article.

Q: Prior to the Follow Discussion changes, did everyone on the project team receive an email when someone added a comment? Just making sure I understand what has changed.

A: Correct. It used to be that everyone involved would receive a notification that comments were left, and you would have to manually opt out. Now you won't receive a notification unless you're tagged directly, or choose to opt in.

Q: Does notification reduction apply to library content as well? Do owners still receive notifications if the convo is between others?

A: It does not apply the the Content Library, owners will receive notifications on comments on their owned Q/A pairs.

Q: Can you reduce the number of styles as part of the drop down?

A: Yes, you can edit/delete Styles in the dropdown.

Q: Are you able to filter tags/collections using AI Assistant search in the Content Library?

A: At this time it is only a keyword search. We've submitted an enhancement ticket.

Q: For AIA showing resources when used in Content Library, tool will now display up to 3 sources. Does AIA use more than 3 sources (when necessary) to pull an answer but displays the most relevant 3?

A: AI will use more than three. But we will show only top 3 references and not all. CC @Jody
