Genesys is requesting that an option be added to the User Roles to prevent users from exporting questions, answers, and metadata from the Content Library. Because this may cause security difficulties for Genesys, they would like the Super Admin to have a checkbox option in the roles to pick what information can be exported and what cannot, and to tailor it based on the roles.
