Display highlighted alternate question when it is retrieved using keyword search

Via Atlassian. Currently when an alternate question is caught using the keyword search, the Q&A pair is displayed, but the highlighted alternate question is not. The user must open the Q&A pair to see the alternate question. It would be helpful if it is displayed right away when the search is run, so the user can see the match.
