Idea from Prime Therapeutics:
We have a lot of Author turnover and are often reassigning authors even when records are in review. It would be great to be able to reassign authors in review and have that assignment take and now apply to the new author's MY Work. Currently the change doesn't actually happen until the review is completed or if the admin completes and reassigns a due date.
