CAPTRUST has requested an enhancement request for workflow automation of new content being added to the content library. In their case, they believe it would be helpful to have themselves assigned automatically (as an option) to each new Q&A pair that comes in for owners and moderation, with a review cycle established.
This would be helpful for content coming in from projects and as we increasingly see companies hire "Knowledge" or "Content" Managers.
