Via Qualtrics. They would love the ability to bulk update custom field values in the CCL from their org settings. If that is not possible, they would like more guardrails around updating custom fields. Recently, they updated a value in org settings and erroneously removed it from a ton of records in their CCL. While there is an alert text, it was not super obvious and still led to the user's mistake, which is not the most obvious system behavior. A confirmation window might be more appropriate.
