Q: Are there restriction to who can access information using past project search compared to the Content Library?

A: Yes, all Admins can access Past Project Search and any users who were added to the Project.

Q: I totally get the saving to Q&A pairs, but what if a user doesn't. Can we still search on projects?

A: Yes. You can use past project search to search through other projects via the recommendation Engine. Not seeing Past Project Search? Ask your CSM to enable!

Q: Does this apply to LookUp (referring to Metadata update)?

A: No, only the recommendation engine within a Project.

Q: Related question: Are we able to see if a Q&A pair sent into the Moderation Queue was answered via the Content Library? We want to avoid having to moderate Q&A pairs that have taken answers from the Content Library, to prevent duplicates.

A: Moderation can be set up for new content from a Project or that has been added from the Content Library. You can filter on both within the Moderation Tab. Learn more about moderation here!
