HI all, this was a great session!! I asked a question during it regarding how to pull total time spent on a particular proposal. We can backfill this data to look at our historical workload and see if there are any trends around when we're more likely to busy, for example by month. We can also see effort vs. revenue and vs. win rate, and could even use that information to try to project workloads. The problem is I haven't been able to export "time spent" on a particular project in the aggregate. When I go to Application Usage Dashboard, it shows me time spent by person but not in the aggregate. I'm looking for that total time spent that shows at the top right of the dashboard. Any tips there?
