Notifications for moderation for Super Admin

This request is based on suggestion from a customer who is Super Admin. Ticket - 51928.

Customer said that he is not the author of content that went to moderation straight from project. But being the Super Admin, he still wants to get notifications when contents go to moderation.

@vikram Can you please elaborate this request. As of now no notification will be triggered when the content are pushed to Moderation. The users wants to notify when the content are pushed to moderation
