I had something brought to my attention by some users which I’ve been able to confirm, related to the “My Favorites” feature within Responsive. Typically, this adds a record within the Content Library to a custom filter labeled “My Favorites” but for records under Moderation or Review, they are only added to a “My Favorites” filter within the Moderation or Review views. Let me attach some screenshots to show what I mean.
Here, within the main body of the library, you can see I have 5 records marked as a favorite. It populates a custom filter.
If I look at the review tab, one record is marked as a favorite. This is not very helpful for my users, as the whole point of favoriting a record is to have a sort of one stop shop approach to records you know you reference frequently.
If you know, is it technically possible to include records under review in the filter in the main part of the library, and simply have it indicated that the record needs review? Just something that came up the other day that I’m curious about.
