Is there a way to add a filter called Archive that pulls content sitting in the content library archive folder which can be used when answering questions in a projects. Sometimes the content in there is salvageable and would need to be used.
@steffi I will let @Khalees V provide the final decision. But I don't think we will want to do this. Defeats the purpose of archiving content. If there are salvageable content in archive, users can navigate to the archive, search and unarchive the content. But we wouldn't want our users to be able to use it the same as they do with active content.
@steffi Why would proposal team should be allowed to use the content that has been archived by the content management team for some valid reason? If at all they need it we have to build a separate workflow where project team can request content management team and then they can unarchive > review it > have it for proposal team. Your thoughts?
