PROD-I-837 Refresh in Moderation and review queue.

Client DeeAnn Fuerst- Invicti, raised an enhancement request in CCL that once we complete moderation or review for a question, the live refresh should happen automatically and the QA pair should be removed from the queue, instead of removing it manually by hitting on to refresh icon every time.

Thanks for the feedback, we have already discussed and planned to have the Reload option in Moderation screen, will keep you posted regarding this.
