on a call with blackboard/anthology and they requested that we are able to select specific dates for their review cycles. Currently, their SMEs want to see the reviews on the last day of the month instead of a "90" day they will be able to communicate "have your reviews done by THIS day"
ideally, new content that is to be added would default to the last day of the next full cycle.
can we consider this to be implemented?
