Not possible to expand the toolbar and facet at the same time - 50012

Raising this S4 on behalf of the customer (ADP)

Is it not possible to expand the toolbar and facet at the same time, either facet or toolbar can be expanded. So the customer has requested this feature if we can hold both the toolbar and facet view at the same time.

@Pablo Ojeda @VISWA S can you please help me understand the "why" behind this request? What is ADP hoping to accomplish that they cannot today? I know what the request is (thank you for the screenshots), but trying to understand why it's helpful.
