Q&A Pair Headings - Make Alternate Headings Stand Out

When scrolling through tons of content for responses, I'm finding that the alternate headings for Q&A pairs are getting lost. Therefore, if we could update the headings so that they are more noticeable and obvious, that would be helpful; one's eyes start to get tired when reading/writing for lengthy periods, and it's hard to quickly identify an alternative response.
