Ability to run Auto-Respond against Past Projects

Client RLDatix would like the ability to run auto-respond against Past Projects instead of their content Library. The use case is that they work regularly with technical questionnaires that don't need to be in the library, but are repeatable enough that being able to leverage auto-respond would be a huge win for them.

@Nicole Do you know the technical questionnaire they need to repeatedly respond to is same or a different questionnaire? If same, we can recommend them to use the "Project Templates".

@Pablo Ojeda Do you know why they would like to use auto-respond for past projects? Are they not saving the content into Content Library?

@Khalees V they do save some projects to the content library but not all. They tend to have many projects that are not saved and like to search them.

@Khalees V for my client's use case they have some projects that are client specific and happen yearly. They aren't a good fit for the Library because the only time this content is needed is once a year for this particular client, so it would be helpful to be able to leverage auto-respond from the last year's project to help them respond faster

Why

This will impact adoption of Content Library
Proposal Teams will not follow the best practice of saving the new content into Content Library. This will lead to non-availability of content in Content Library and will defeat the purpose of having centralized knowledge base where all proposal teams can leverage and reuse historical content
Content Teams will not follow the best practice of reviewing the content periodically if they see proposal teams continue to use past projects to respond to questions in new project
Chances of having same question answered in differently and hence no consistency across projects for same answer.
