Access Attachments in the Document Library Directly from a Q&A Pair

Currently, when knowledge managers need to review an attachment that is linked to a record and stored in the document library, we have to search for the attachment separately. It would be great to have an "Open Attachment Record in Document Library" option in the dropdown list.
