Enhancement Request required for Fortrea - Catalog population in Sections and Projects

Catalogs will show a preview in Proposal Builder but they will not populate in a Section Template or Projects. Instead of the contents populating, it will just show the name of the catalog (IE, [:catalog-regulatory] ) with nothing for the user/SME/extended reviewer to see/review.

@kristen We will not be doing this change to the project created through proposal builder. We have to recommend the Customer to the new Proposal Builder we launched earlier this year. Hence I am marking this S4 as "Will not Implement"

Thanks @Khalees V ! this client's current spend is 375k, and the opportunity to expand to the new version of proposal builder will likely impact the client's experience here. could we reconsider this as it is putting a stop to engaging the rest of their team, it is a top priority for them.

@kristen Ability to view the catalog content in the project is not possible. I think we have to show them our new proposal builder that has the capability of what they are looking for. I think there is a chance for us to upsell.

@kristen Since this functionality already present in the new Proposal Builder. Please check with AM to convert them to use new Proposal Builder with the package they have.
