When users scroll through the QA pairs under Library, Moderation, and Review, if the QA pairs have comments, they expect the comments to load in the right-hand side pane simultaneously with the QA pairs. Currently, if a comment is selected from a QA pair, it appears in the right pane, and users can scroll through the QA pairs/pages while the selected comment remains at the top right pane. However, the client wants the comments to be synchronized with the QA pairs as users scroll through or hover over the QA pairs.
