How are you capturing metrics for projects not included in the tool. There are situations where projects don’t get created past the intake due to a few reasons such as unsupported language requirements, non-importable format, etc.
Are there any good ways to track this? A field on intake? Would love more information on how others track these metrics. Custom reports does not track/ pull comments/reason.
