Per BU separation of custom fields, flags, project notes, and more...

Clients with multiple Business Units are asking for the ability to separate shared assets like custom fields, flags, project notes, and more.

At this time, all of these items must be sifted through or are shown when you go to make changes/updates to CCL records and Project details. This can cause confusion and process issues for different teams who are working in their own BU but must abide by ALL other settings being used in other BUs.

This is especially annoying with custom fields. Many teams have no use for the custom feilds that may be super important for another team in the same company.

Voya (katie.keough@voya.com) is also requesting - I would to only see Collections, Tags, etc. for my business unit. Seeing an exhaustive list of over 1,000 tags that don't apply to my business unit when updating records can make it difficult.

HPE would benefit from being able to further categorize & sort Tags. They do not have business units but have a large global team with hundreds of products and multiple business segments. Because they eventually plan to fully mesh their content together they do not want or need the separation of BUs, but the large list of Tags make it challenging for their users to leverage. It would be useful if there was a way to further categorize the Tags (like assign them to only be available for certain Collections) or allow for sorting by Color or Name when searching.
