Currently, when entering alternate questions, users input each question in a single text box and hit the "return" key to move to the next line. As a result, all the alternate questions are combined in a single text field.
Dayforce is requesting that each alternate question be a separate field as they are for responses. This would help their reporting and help with cleanup efforts as well. They also hope this will improve auto-respond as well.
